She looks t-i-r-e-d. But she is the key to how Obama plans the rest of his term. Will he run again? More likely, with Hillary sounding like she will bow out before her term is up. More likely, now the health reforms are moving. (The Democrats won’t want Hillary AND Obama as authors of failed reforms. And Hillary herself wouldn’t want to stand against Obama if his reforms get through all the way.)
If Hillary goes after the mid-terms, there’s a lot more room for the Dems to plan a successor to Obama. Someone, maybe, to groom for POTUS contender as SecState?
