This one at Efficiency by transparency (The Economist). The article points up two very important directions. One, the public will learn to be much better served by eGov type interfaces. Two, the public will expect to be informed about how a site will preserve their privacy. On that, though, the public doesn’t have much of a clue, so there’s plenty of room for an enlarging disconnect between users & providers (public, private).
